Throughout his military career, Brian developed extensive expertise in logistics and supply chain management, overseeing the end-to-end procurement and distribution of goods and services while managing multimillion-dollar budgets. His experience coordinating complex logistics operations across joint and coalition teams translates directly to the intricate planning and execution required in solid waste management operations.
Brian's background in procurement and contract management—including vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment—ensures that ATAS Enterprises handles every phase of the contracting process with professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance.
