About Us

Brian Wood is a retired U.S. Army officer with 24 years of progressive experience in Signal and Cyber Operations, culminating as a senior leader with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Over the course of his career, he designed and implemented resilient communication networks, led cybersecurity initiatives, and ensured mission-critical systems remained secure and operational.  He was responsible for the end-to-end procurement and distribution of goods and services, managing multimillion-dollar budgets and coordinating logistics across joint and coalition teams.  His main duties included vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and the timely delivery of equipment and supplies to maintain operational readiness.

Brian started ATAS Enterprises, LLC in 2024 to leverage his experience translating complex technical requirements into clear plans of action and execution on the civilian side of government contracting. In this transition, he is excited to continue using the leadership, strategic planning, and logistical expertise gained in his military service to create a company providing Federal and State Agencies robust, secure, and efficient solutions.
